What if I order after 2pm?

Already past 2pm? Call us now on (07) 3839 4665 and we will do everything we can to get your flowers out today. Our drivers run until 5pm on weekdays and 4:30pm on weekends, so there is often still time. If same day is not possible, we will schedule first delivery the next morning from 7am. Do not wait, call us now and we will work something out.

Will I get the exact flowers shown in the photos?

The photos show what we had in the shop on the day they were taken. Because we source fresh from Brisbane markets every morning, the exact flowers change with the season, but the style, colour palette, and quality will always be exactly as shown. Many customers tell us their arrangement looked even better in person. If you have a specific flower in mind, give us a call and we will tell you what we have fresh today.

Can you deliver to a specific hospital ward?

Yes, and this is one of the things we do better than any other florist in Brisbane. We have been delivering to hospital wards for more than 30 years. We know the specific rules, restricted areas, and ICU guidelines at RBWH, Mater Hospital, Wesley Hospital, St Andrews War Memorial, Brisbane Private, Holy Spirit Northside, Greenslopes, and more. If you are not sure whether flowers are allowed in the ward, call us and we will tell you immediately. We also carry low pollen and scent free arrangements specifically designed for sensitive wards and ICU environments.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and UnionPay. We also accept Afterpay, which means you can split your arrangement into four interest free fortnightly payments. On a $120 arrangement that is just $30 per fortnight. Select Afterpay at checkout when ordering online, or mention it when you call.

Can I visit your shop in person?

Absolutely. We are located at 3/445 Upper Edward Street, Spring Hill QLD 4000. We are Open Monday to Friday, 7am to 6pm. | Saturday to Sunday, 8.30am to 5pm. Walk ins are always welcome and our team will help you choose the perfect arrangement on the spot.

Do you do corporate flowers and weekly office arrangements?

Yes. We provide bespoke weekly floral installations for offices across Brisbane CBD. We handle the setup, styling, and rotation. Call us to arrange a complimentary one week trial arrangement for your reception or lobby.

Can I request a custom arrangement or specific flowers and colours?

Yes. Every arrangement we make is handcrafted to order, so customisation is just part of what we do. Whether you have a favourite flower, a specific colour palette, a budget in mind, or a particular occasion, just give us a call us and our florists will put together something made just for you.
