Spring Hill Florist is the CLOSEST FLORIST to St Andrews War Memorial Hospital.
St Andrew's main reception sits on Level 3, accessed from Wickham Terrace — that's where deliveries are logged before being sent up to the ward. The hospital is at 457 Wickham Terrace, just down the road from our Spring Hill studio. We cut off same-day orders at 2pm so your flowers never spend the night at the reception desk.
We also know general visiting hours and ICU has its own window: 11am–1pm and again from 4pm–8pm. We time deliveries so they land when the ward can actually receive them — not during a shift change or a closed visiting period.

- Flowers NOT allowed (or restricted): Intensive Care Unit (ICU) — space and infection-control limits mean fresh flowers are generally not permitted. Emergency Centre does not accept deliveries — patients here are not yet admitted to a ward.
- Flowers allowed (with care): General wards (cardiac, orthopaedics, neurosurgery, ENT, gynaecology, urology) — once a patient has a confirmed room number. Rehabilitation ward — patients often stay longer, so hardy blooms that last the distance work best.
