I walked in without really knowing what to picked but their staff is kind enough to help me out. Their flowers are fresh, full of colour, and they last way longer than you'd expect. Easy spot to swing by if you need something last-minute or just want to brighten up the house

We’re One of the Few Florists Open on Sundays in Brisbane CBD
Forgot a birthday? Need flowers for a Sunday hospital visit? While other florists close their doors on weekends, we are open Saturday and Sunday so you can still send a beautiful, freshly made arrangement the same day. No need to settle for a supermarket bunch or wait until Monday."
Brisbane's Hospital Delivery Specialists for Over 30 Years
Most florists drop flowers at the front desk and hope for the best. We don't.
For RBWH, all clinical deliveries go through the Ned Hanlon Building via Butterfield Street — that's the correct courier drop-off, not the main lobby. STARS patients are at a completely separate building at 296 Herston Road. Wrong entrance means a 900-metre walk for a patient who can barely stand.
We also know hospital access is restricted after 8–9pm. That's why we cut off same-day orders at 2pm — so your flowers never spend the night at the security desk.

Common Questions
Can I order flowers online for same-day delivery to RBWH?
Yes. For orders placed before 2:00 PM, our drivers deliver to RBWH before the 8–9pm security lockdown. Flowers are never held overnight at a security desk.
Which RBWH wards do NOT allow flowers?
Zero-flower wards: ICU (4A), Burns Unit (4C), Haematology & Bone Marrow (5C), and Infectious Diseases (6C). For these, we recommend our 'New Life' gift hampers or balloon bouquets.
My loved one is in Oncology — which flowers are safe to send?
Patients in the Joyce Tweddell Building can be highly scent-sensitive due to chemotherapy. We use only fragrance-free, hypoallergenic blooms. We strictly exclude Oriental Lilies and Freesias.
Will you verify if flowers are allowed before making the bouquet?
Yes. For sensitive areas like Neurosurgery (Ward 8AS), we call the ward clerk on your behalf to confirm before our florists begin crafting your arrangement.
Are flowers allowed in the RBWH NICU for newborns?
No. Flowers are strictly prohibited in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). We suggest a mum-focused pamper hamper for the parent lounge, or wait until mum is in her postnatal recovery ward.
When is the best time to send flowers to a new mother?
Once mum has a ward and bed number in the postnatal unit. Flowers are generally not allowed in birthing suites during active labour.
What size arrangement suits a postnatal room?
Hospital bedside tables are small and crowded. We recommend our compact 'Crib-Side' boxed posies — vertical, small footprint, high visual impact, and self-contained (no vase required).
What if I don't know the patient's ward or room number?
Provide the patient's full registered name and we'll coordinate with the Ned Hanlon Building main reception to locate the correct ward.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Afterpay, so you can break your purchase into four easy payments.
